POLICIES:
Grapevine Self Storage, LLC is a community. We want our facility to be safe and secure for all our clients. We have developed our policies with this in mind to ensure our storage environment will be a place where you will feel comfortable storing your valuable possessions.
- NO smoking or alcoholic beverages on storage facility property.
- The following items may not be stored at the storage facility:
- Any living or dead thing
- Firearms
- Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
- Stolen items
- Hazardous waste material of any kind
- An item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
- Used tires
- Explosives
- Drugs or Drug paraphernalia
- Hazardous items of any kind
- Items that produce odor of any kind
- Any item which detrimentally affects others tenants or the facility
- Our storage facility is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:
- Playing of any type of musical instruments
- Garage sales, auctions, flea markets sales or other public sales
- Working in the unit, this includes working on cars, motorcycles, etc.
- Any illegal use of any kind
- Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
- You will be evicted for any of the above activity on the first offence!
- Store at your own risk guns, money, securities, jewelry, furs, paintings and other high-high risk valuables.
- The items you place in storage at our facility are the sole responsibility of you. Items are not insured by Grapevine Self Storage, LLC. or anyone else. A good quality lock is the best way to ensure the safety and security of your belongings, regardless of any security system a storage facility may have. Check with your insurance carrier for coverage, or ask one of our storage consultants for a referral. Remember, if it's worth storing, it's worth insuring.
- You are responsible for everything in your unit weather it belongs to you or a friend. If you allow other people access to your unit, you are responsible for their actions and anything they have stored within.
